All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.
$30 trip research/proposal fee
(3 proposals, if you do not book within 30 days of receiving proposals they are voided and another research/proposal fee must be paid.
Once you have booked and the itinerary is set you must schedule a phone call with Two Suns Travel to review the itinerary to ensure you are aware of all details.
You will also be required to sign off on the itinerary to confirm you understand and agree to all the details listed in the itinerary.
Travel insurance is highly recommended! It can be built into your trip package or you can purchase it separately on your own. If you have to cancel your trip or miss it due to unforeseen circumstances, travel insurance makes it possible for you to recoup some of the funds and apply funds to a future vacation package.If you do not purchase travel insurance and miss any part of your trip for any reason funds are non-refundable. If you opt not to purchase travel insurance you must sign a waiver acknowledging that you have declined travel insurance and that you’re aware of the consequences and Two Suns Travel will not be held liable for your decision.
Missed flights-it is recommended that you arrive 2-3 hours before departure time. Two Suns Travel will not be liable for missed flights or responsible for rebooking missed flights.
Change to itinerary– if any changes need to be made to the itinerary AFTER you have confirmed it there will be a $50 (per person) fee PLUS whatever the airline/lodging fee is for the change.
Two Suns Travel advises all clients to check the country’s official page for entry requirements. It is the responsibility of each client to ensure they meet all entry requirements before the trip departure date.
Two Suns Travel will not provide refunds or transfers for any trip participant that fails to meet entry requirements for any reason. This includes but is not limited to refusal to get vaccinated, inability to get a covid test, positive covid test results, etc.
Client grant Two Suns Travel the right to take photographs, record videos, and/or use social media posts of client in conjunction with travel and/or activities hosted by Two Suns Travel, before, during, and after such travel and activities. Client authorizes Two Suns Travel, its employees, contractors, assignees, transferees, agents, and any other third parties working on Two Suns Travel behalf, to copyright, use, and publish the photographs, videos, and social media posts in print and/or electronically. Companies may use videos, photographs, or social media posts of client with or without clients name and for any lawful purposes, including, for example, such purposes as publicity, illustration, advertising, promotion, fund-raising, and social media/internet content. Two Suns Travel is released from any reasonable expectation of privacy or confidentiality associated with such content.
Client acknowledges they do not expect and will not receive financial compensation of any kind associated with the taking, publication, or other use of such photographs, videos, and social media posts. Client further releases Two Suns Travel, its employees, contractors, assignees, transferees, and any third parties acting on Two Suns Travel behalf from any liability or claims by client or any representative of client including those relating to the right of publicity or usage of clients name, likeness, image, voice, or any other identifying trait.
All payments made to Two Suns Travel are non-refundable and non-transferable. This is because Two Suns Travel has contractual agreements with hotels, airlines and other vendors that will not allow us to obtain any refunds without travel protection. All deposits are non-refundable whether travel insurance is purchased or not. If you have purchased travel insurance, any amount paid over the initial deposit will be transferred to another vacation package. Client understands that Two Suns Travel offers travel services, events, and activities to customers, which are provided by separate and independent vendors. Two Suns travel does not operate, control, or otherwise provide the services of these vendors. Hence, the customer understands and agrees that Two Suns Travel is not responsible for any operating failure, delay, loss, damage, or injury to client or any resulting claims or damages arising as a result. Further, Two Suns Travel does not and cannot guarantee a certain outcome or a particular result in conjunction with any travel, activities, or events arranged by Two Suns Travel. Two Suns travel will use its best professional efforts to achieve a successful outcome, we make no promise, warranty, or guarantee, either express or implied, as to a specific outcome or result, or the expectation, perspective, or experience of the client.
All clients waive, releases, discharges and covenants not to take any legal actions against Two Suns Travel and its affiliates, members, sponsors, organizers or other representatives of the successors for any injuries or damages of any kind suffered as a result of this vacation or any related activity. While at the resort, guests are solely responsible for any damages to the property and are solely responsible for returning the property to its original state.
Clients agree to abide by all applicable domestic and international laws and regulations in the countries of travel and residency, regardless of the length of time in said countries. If questioning, apprehension/arrest, detainment, punishment, or incarceration by lawful authorities occurs, Two Suns Travel shall not be responsible or liable, either legally, financially or otherwise, for clients actions or release.
Client understands it is their responsibility to arrive on time for travel departure or event or activity start. Two Suns Travel assumes no responsibility, liability, or expense for clients inability to travel or participate in any activity or event hosted by Two Suns Travel due to insufficient, inaccurate, or expired travel, medical, and identifying documentation by client, or failure to arrive on time for travel departures or participation in events or activities for any reason, including those reasons that are out of the control of client.
Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your passport. Your name on your invoice MUST match your passport.
I understand that I may see charges from Two Suns Travel and their Travel Partners and that records will be provided to me to confirm that I submitted or authorized payment(s).
Forms are required for all roommates that plan to pay their own deposit and/or payments. Registration forms must be submitted within 24 hours of one another in order to secure a registration.
One person will be named the primary client on the booking but all guests sharing the same registration will be equally responsible for paying the balance.
In the event that a passenger is added or dropped from your room, the overall price is subject to change.
client agrees that their safety is primarily their responsibility. Clients agree to make sure that they know how to participate in activities safely and agree to observe any rules and practices employed to minimize the risk of injury. Client agrees to stop and seek assistance if they do not believe they can safely continue, limit their participation to reflect their fitness level, and refrain from any and all actions that would pose a hazard to client or others. The client understands that, as with any physical activities, they should check with their doctor before embarking upon such activities to verify if they are medically able to participate in any activities. By signing this Travel Agreement form, the client acknowledges that they have checked with their doctor and been cleared for any activities they shall participate in. Two Suns Travel bears no liability for any activity or outcome that may adversely affect the health or well-being of the client.
Client understands that upon submission of a chargeback for any portion of trip cost, the client terminates all business with Two Suns Travel. Upon receipt of chargeback, Two Suns Travel will terminate the clients trip; the client forfeits their participation on the trip in which the chargeback was submitted for.
The client acknowledges that they have voluntarily applied to participate on the trip designated on this application (or a trip which I may change to) and that I have read the description of the trip as it appears in the current Two Suns Travel website relating to the trip, together with all information contained in this application. Clients are voluntarily participating in this trip with knowledge of the hazards involved. KNOWING AND VOLUNTARY EXECUTION. Clients have carefully read these Terms and Conditions and the booking information sections of this document, and fully understand its contents. Clients are aware and agree that “this is a release of liability and a contract between myself and Two Suns Travel and agree of my own free will”. By signing the trip registration upon booking this trip, The client agrees to these Travel Terms & Conditions and Two Suns Travel Release from Liability, Assumption of Risk and Binding Arbitration Clause for myself and each member of my traveling party.
Changes to an existing reservation, whatever the cause, will incur a $50 per person charge plus any additional supplier fees. If a change needs to be made after the final payment due date, there will be a $100 (per person) charge. This includes name changes* and removal of any services such as optional tours and transfers. *Please note that name changes to airline reservations are subject to full cancellation and rebooking. Replacing a traveling passenger with another traveling passenger constitutes a cancellation, subject to cancellation penalties, and is not covered by this Reservation Changes policy. Changes or additions after departure are subject to local rates at the time of amendment and must be paid directly by the passenger to the service provider. There are no refunds for unused services.
Wheelchairs & Walkers: USA Tours: Pursuant to the Americans with Disabilities Act (the ADA), Two Suns Travel seeks to accommodate disabled clients to the extent possible and consistent with the specific tour itinerary. Nevertheless, you may find that certain tour features may not be accessible to the extent that you require a wheelchair, scooter, or other special equipment to participate. We cannot provide individual assistance to clients with wheelchairs or other mobility devices. We regret that some itineraries cannot accommodate wheelchairs or motorized scooters. Passengers are required to advise Two Suns Travel of their accessibility requirements prior to booking in order for Two Suns Travel to determine if reasonable accommodations are available. Two Suns Travel will endeavor to accommodate special access needs but does not guarantee that it will be able to do so in all cases.
